SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Our online shop uses stock that is always available in our shop or warehouse. Therefore, we can guarantee delivery times. With standard shipping we guarantee delivery in a maximum of 4 working days. If you choose express delivery, delivery will take place within 24/48 hours.
When you place your order, clearly indicate your address. If the delivery requires some special consideration (place, contact person, time, etc.), do not forget to indicate it in the observations section. We will include them in the shipment to facilitate their delivery.
You can check at any time the status of your order through your customer area of our website. In case of incidence, we will indicate it in your personal section and we will put the necessary means to solve it as soon as possible.
RETURN GUARANTEE
TRAX mtb we want to give you the best service and offer you a comfortable, safe and quality purchase. Therefore, we opted for a simple return policy, no questions asked and that always benefits you.
Remember that you have 30 days from the reception of the product to exchange it. If you are not satisfied with your choice or does not meet your expectations please contact us and we will solve the problem. You can exchange it for another item or we refund the money (this money back guarantee is only valid for purchases in the tineda on-line). In addition, you will manage your orders and returns yourself through My Account.
The cost for shipping and handling in case of return without justifiable reason is 5 €.
In any case, it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition and with the original packaging. Once its condition has been checked, we will pay you for your purchase by the same means of original payment.
WARRANTY
In the event of a defective product, TRAX mtb undertakes to repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty is valid within two years from the time of delivery. The user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it.
If the fault in the product is caused by misuse of the product, Trax does not undertake to process the return or repair.
FREE SHIPPING
To promote the launch of our online sales website, Trax offers free shipping of orders from European countries.
In other countries, orders over 50 € have free shipping and handling costs. For orders of less than €10, there will be an additional charge of €10.
